I am going to college and will be in law school soon. I have been told since childhood I would make a good attorney by teachers, peers, etc. Carreer tests I have taken tell me the same.

I think that will be one of my ways of serving humanity, but what I want almost more than anything is to meet a spiritual woman that blends with me perfectly and be happy with her.

I feel like that should be a bigger priority to me right now.
I sense that this is God's will for me just as it is his will that I eat to stay alive, be warm when cold, drink when thirsty, etc.

This got me to thinking, God is love and there is nothing greater than love. Could it be that one of his most important goals for us on EARTH is to find our love?

There is no love in this world, but LUST.

The attraction between male and female is the basic principle of material existence. On the basis of this misconception, which ties together the hearts of the male and female, one becomes attracted to his body, home, property, children, relatives and wealth. In this way one increases life's illusions and thinks in terms of "I and mine."
PURPORT
Sex serves as the natural attraction between man and woman, and when they are married, their relationship becomes more involved. Due to the entangling relationship between man and woman, there is a sense of illusion whereby one thinks, "This man is my husband," or "This woman is my wife." This is called "the hard knot in the heart." This knot is very difficult to undo, even though a man and woman separate either for the principles of varëäçrama or simply to get a divorce. In any case, the man always thinks of the woman, and the woman always thinks of the man. Thus a person becomes materially attached to family, property and children, although all of these are temporary.

I don't know anywhere in the Bible where it says it is better to not get married. Paul mentions that if you are single, it is better to marry than commit sin, but this in no way implies that marriage is bad.

One of the first commandments that God gave to Adam and Eve was to multiply and replenish the earth. Have kids. As far as I know, that commandment has never been repealed. The Bible is also clear that fornication and adultery are wrong. Therefore, in order to obey these commandments, marriage is an absolute necessity.

Without families, God's plan would fail. Since God's plan for us is perfect, we must assume that marriage is a perfect part of that plan.

When Paul spoke of being better to marry than to commit sin, he was talking to single people. If you are single it is best to practice abstinence. If you are weak in this area, then it is better to marry someone so you can alleviate that weakness. However, the better thing to do is remain in abstinence until you find the right person. When that right person comes along, and you both feel it is right. Then by all means, get married. Have a family. That is, after all, a major portion of God's plan for us.

That love should be him. Even if you were to find a mate, she should not come before him. What you are experiencing though is totally natural and it is virtuous that you wish a spiritual woman. A man should love his wife like Jesus loves his Church and his wife should love her husband as the Church loves Jesus. Both is --- well, totally.

actually it says in the bible it is better to not get married, i went to my grandfather, bible in hand, and asked him the same question.......he said he believes it is better not to get married, however if you cant handle the physical (abstinence) and emotional part of not being married then you should marry.... don't think he minds either way as long as you are staying true to his word.
