herbal essence is good for a short time.
switch your shampoos, conditioners and perms ever so often. your hair will grow faster and you'll have more moisture in your scalp. and definitely condiontion more than what the bottle says b/c our hair needs all that it can get.

I wouldnt use it.
I use aussie i have not changed in years and my hair is fab, Not dry at all and very very soft.
You dont have to change shampoos or anything if you use good things to begin with.
the best shampoo i have found was basic (i think thats the name) it didnt cost a ton, it smelled so nice, and it was great shampoo. You can only get it in salons. I have not seen it for a wile though.

Try Creme of Nature Shampoo and their conditioner.
