Men hate that. Not that I worry all that much what they hate or don't hate... but women wonder what they can do to keep their men interested.... for one thing... Don't cut your hair off!
Styling long hair isn't that much harder than styling short hair.... so keep on styling and DON'T cut your hair off!

That's not a question it's a Rant...
I take it you like your long hair.
But in response to it...
Most women cut thier off into a new style because they had been growing it out for an Updo/Wedding Style since the day they got engaged.
Don't you think their man is interested in them enough.
I mean to get married to them in the first place, they must like something other than their wife's Hair?
DUH!?

I did that...I just don't have the time anymore...now that I am a wife, a nurse, and a mother...I have to take care of my husband and my kids first...and so a nice short cut that I can just throw some mousse in out of the shower...and I'm ready to go! I also LOVE headbands...and have gotten my girlfriends hooked on them. A headband can really save you on those early mornings when the drive to school is running late etc...without a shower, the headband is a lifesaver! LOL!
My husband used to LOVE my long hair...but he doesn't mind the short hair now as long as it's not too short...he's happy to not have to pull hairs out of everything he eats and wake up with my hair in his mouth!
Good question! I'm glad I'm not the only one! Once you're married...he's yours...you don't have to impress him anymore...believe me...he'll shave less and impress you less...it's only fair!

BECAUSE WE GET SO BUSY TAKING CARE OF OUR HUBBYS CRAP THAT WE DONT HAVE TIME TO STYLE IT. Then it just looks like crap-on-a-bun for awhile, and we get depressed. We are tricked into thinking that shorter hare will be more manageable, and we will look great with less fuss. Plus, by hair (which is long, more than halfway down) gets matted underneath after a day of wearing it down UNLESS I spend an hour using a flatiron.

I haven't noticed this, but I know that most older women keep their hair short. Besides, if a man is only interested ion you for your hair, then he is not worth your time! I've got really short hair, but still managed to find a guy who likes me for who I am!

I've been with my hubby for 6 years. My hair touch my belt in the back. I've got longer hair than most women. I'm not cutting. The man hair do is not pretty on most chicks

I think it because it makes it easier to deal with short hair for awhile. I just cut mine short because I work alot of hours but I'm pretty sure knowing myself I'll end up growing it out once I'm not so busy or anything. I just like going for alot hairstyles too.

most women do it b/c they don't have time to worry about self maintence, b/c they worry about the house being clean, what needs to be done (job wise and at home) and it even moreso true when women have kids. they just don't have time, unless they were always going somewhere and hanging out, but that's not always true or just feel the need to be sexy all of the time. and besides, once you're married, you don't really worry about impressing your husband b/c...he's yours til death do you part, unless they get divorced.
but deep down, low maintence keeps a man happy with his wife (no other men will chase after her as much as they use to)

I have never noticed this, Other then the fact that more "mature" ladies chop off their hair as they get older.
Young girls can also have really cute Stylish Short hair, they just have to style it. If you get lazy it looks bad. :-(

I didn't cut my hair off, but then, my husband prefers short hair. I like my hair medium/long.
