Marie is also a Japanese name but it sounds like MA- RI- E not the French Marie.. but for Lena it sounds Rena , while Saya, Maya, Kana are also Japanese names.. for meanings... I did look at Japanese names on the library before but only for references so I did not exactly remember all those names and meanings , also how it is written in Kanji. There are many meaning for one name so it is better to check it or research for the real meaning that goes with these names listed on Japanese Names Reference book.

Marie in Japanese is:
マリー (Marii)

Because it is an English name, it doesn't have any meaning in Japanese.

The name "Mari" however is: 真理 and it means "truth"
マリ - (Mari) is also the Japanese word for the nation of Mali.
