Honesty. Honest about your feelings, your fears, your joys, your family, your work, etc.... Just be honest in your intentions in all that you do, if you can achieve this then there will never be a question about the commitment level in each other.

most important I don't have one at the moment but I guess will be how much that person do care for me...And then I can see that person deserve from me to care about him...I will never care about male if he doesn't care for me so...I am kinda like to live in a real world so....Plain

You should be able to talk to this person with almost no filter. I'm not saying being a jerk and telling them they are fat and stuff. More like being able to tell them things that usually don't tell other people. You can speak your mind on touchy subjects and not have to worry about them freaking out. I love that i tell my wife anything. If we couldn't talk like that it would feel like something was missing.
