Geez Round Rock is not the best place to live if you don't have a car...I live in Austin just on the cusp of Austin and Pflugerville and I love it...you should consider moving to Austin or P-ville. There is not much of an option for getting around other than finding a friend to jug ya around or hitchhiking.JK. Cap Metro helps me out a lot when I don't have my car on the weekend. Also Check out Craigslist for "rideshare" maybe you can find someone on there for a quick ride to town or something...otherwise call a taxi. Hope this helps.

ride a bike or use those things you stand on called legs ther are taxi cabs also and I also believe from my time in roundrock not too long ago that there is also bus service
