I just went for my first workout today. Im not over weaight by no means, but I felt like I couldnt do anything for too long..like the bike for 15 mintues and the eliptical for 15..i feel SO crappy..what can I do to make my time more pleasent or to help me feel more energetic since im feeling so TERRIBLE...like I dont even wanna go back! I feel BEAT now and I was there for like half hour.....lol but I will I wanna lose some extra pounds and tone up...Help mee!!
