I just went for my first workout today. Im not over weaight by no means, but I felt like I couldnt do anything for too long..like the bike for 15 mintues and the eliptical for 15..i feel SO crappy..what can I do to make my time more pleasent or to help me feel more energetic since im feeling so TERRIBLE...like I dont even wanna go back! I feel BEAT now and I was there for like half hour.....lol but I will I wanna lose some extra pounds and tone up...Help mee!!

You start losing muscle mass & the benefits of working out after a couple of weeks of not exercising, I think, so you're naturally going to have to build some back up before you're able to progress passed where you were. You may also need to make adjustments in your diet--if you're not eating well & fueling yourself properly, you'll feel more sluggish.
I think it is FANTASTIC you are getting back into it, don't get discouraged! Doing ANYTHING is what's important! Just allow yourself to acknowledge your accomplishment fitness-wise 1 day at a time.

Try walking as an exersize for about two weeks before getting back to your other exersizes so your body can get back in shape
