It sounds pretty good, but you may want to incorporate a few more things to you existing diet regimen!
Peanut butter, cheese, boneless skinless chicken breast, turkey breast, for protein and it will give you energy.
Oatmeal is an excellent source of fiber and you could mix in cinnamon with it,milk or fruit and it would fuel your body up for a great start to your day for breakfast!
Orange Juice would be a really good choice for breakfast because of the vitamins and minerals that it contains, plus it is a wonderful source of folic acid too!
For snacks I would encourage you to eat things like cheese with crackers, sugar free Jello,Fat free or sugar free puddings,a cup of unsalted, unbuttered air popped popcorn, graham crackers,of course fresh fruit such as apples, bananas, grapes, raisins would be an excellent snack too.
I would stay away from foods that are deep fried such as onion rings, french fries,etc.. Try to eat a balanced meal with a protein, carbohydrate such as whole wheat toast or bread instead of white bread,a fruit,a vegetable, and either milk or water. Salad is an excellent thing to eat too,as long as you have your dressing on the side, because even low fat,low calorie salad dressings can be loaded with alot of calories and sugar! Olive oil would be a better salad dressing to eat instead of a salad dressing that is really rich and creamy in flavor!
I see that you are doing a great job of exercising which is wonderful, way to go! Pasta and Rice are a good source of fuel too,but keep in mind that a whole wheat pasta is a better choice than regular pasta because whole wheat pasta is lower in carbs than regular pasta is. Plus, carbs will tend to make you feel like you have crashed and burned not too long after you have eaten them! Another words, with white bread, rice, white potatoes, etc,it is normal for your body to feel tired after eating these things, because they have a very high glycemic index which makes you feel really tired after eating these kinds of foods. I hope this has been helpful for you and good luck!! ;-)

Forget dieting I eat like a horse and I only weigh nine stone. This is what works for me: Eat regularly, if possible every three hours, when your body realises that it's getting a regular supply of food it increases it's metabolism, burning calories quicker and is much less likely to store calories as fat. When eating try to eat a lot of high protein foods and don't go too hard on the carbs. Try go easy on trans and saturated fats although you are allowed the odd treat. Drink lots of water! At least one gallon per day. Tea, coffee and fizzy drinks are O.K but they don' count towards your overall water intake. As for exercise I do some light weight training four days a week and cardiovascular (I use a rowing machine) two days a week with one days rest. There is a common belief that doing cardiovascular exercise on an empty stomach helps burn calories. This is absolute rubbish do not do it. Weight training is a good idea as muscle tissue burns a lot of energy, even while you sleep. You don't have to become Mr/Mrs universe but any fat tissue which you can convert to muscle tissue will not only make you look better but increase your metabolism. Getting plenty of sleep is also important when trying to build muscle. Good Luck

I don't think that sounds too bad.. if you really feel bad about it, tone down the amount of milk you add in your tea, and instead of eating special k, make eggs and sausage, or you can get some of that Quaker's Oatmeal (which is nothing like porridge, it's so good and it fills you up easily with not very much).. and those two things will give you good energy too.
Your diet isn't that bad, you just have to make sure you're burning off calories as to not gain anything... as soon as you eat 3500 more calories than you burn, you gain 1 pound.

I would say to just get rid of one of those Special K's. You are not only adding cereal, but milk. You drink tea, milk, and water all in a day. You don't need that much liquid.
I don't know how many calories 200g of fruit is. Could you be more specific on that.

Your diet is not nutritionally sound. You also need vegetables and fruit ans well as salad. Exercise is the key to losing weight. Even 30 minutes a day three times a week will cause weight loss.

you are not eating enough during the day. Get the Southbeach Diet Book, read it thru and try that. I have been on this diet since Jan. and have lost about 20 lbs. You get to eat every few hours on this diet. I don't want to go into details here, not enough time. Just get the book and read it. You will understand what they are saying and the diet will work.

With any diet you want to do it with moderation....try this diet out first and see how it works for you but don't starve yourself. Try to stick to a diet with in 1200-1500 calories a day. Water is the key! Try also a sauna suit on when you do your cardio workout it's incredible!
