have been seeing this guy for about a month and a half "offical" for 2 weeks im his first gf in 2 yrs.when we first started hanging out he would make EVERY effort to see me(never alone tho always with friends)the first week we became gf/bf, i saw him almost everyday.last thurs we all went to a barand i saw a 1 of his friends(girl)getting too close to him & i freaked.he didnt talk to me all friday and half of sat.i didnt see him again until tuesday this week he seemed SO happy to see me(no we didnt have sex).I straight up asked him if he wants to be with me and he said of course i do.i asked him if h wanted to meet up last night when he was done helping his buddies with something and he said possibly.I called back after and said that i wanted a answer and i want to see him more.he said he would "figure it out"and call me back.HE never did!!I dont want to be a nag BUT this is going to ruin this.i barely call him,so im not really needy,i just think we need to develop our relationship!

sounds like he is not too serious about this relationship. i wouldn't call him. let him call you but DONT wait for this guy to call. go out with friends, do something to get your mind off of him.you say your not needy so make other plans. if he should happen to call you and you have other plans don't break them! tell him you cant meet up right now but you"ll give him a call soon. go out have fun. the next day sometime call casually ask him whats up? let him come to you . let him bring up the relationship. see what he has to say. hope this helps.

How are you going to develop a relationship when he blows hot and cold? Really, I think you should get away from him. You don't even have to explain why to him, just go your own way and I'm sure there is a guy out there waiting for you.

He is going hot and cold. One minute he has the hots, the next minute he stands back. Directly talk to him face to face. Tell him that if he wants to be with you, he needs to be with you. Don't do this on the phone, see him face-to-face.

you don't have to be with someone all the time to develop a relationship. cherish the time u do have together and the jealousy thing as got to go, it will kill it long before it gets started!

yeah... i'd back off a little, hon. if he's been single for two years, there has to be a reason for that. maybe he's being hesitant about diving back into something serious.
