i don't know what's wrong wit he has a really high fever & his stomach hurts. it's not a flu, i know dat for sure. please help!

He may have appendicitis or pancreatitis. He may also have an abdominal infection. With his stomach hurting, and the high fever, he should seek medical attention immediately. Prolonging some abdominal problems can be fatal.

This is not where you go for help for a sick person. Call a doctor or take him to a clinic or emergency room

Could be food poisioning. You should take him to a doctor as soon as you can. If you can't get an appointment, take him to the emergency room

When in doubt- take him to the hospital, apply for charity care if no health insurance, Try fasting, or a thin broth.
