Preperation H which is used to shrink hemmorhoids works wonders. You buy it in cream from or better yet they make it in a wipe, which you can apply to your eyes.

I just had the same thing happen two weeks ago. I thought that putting spoons in the freezer for 20 minutes and then holding them on my puffy areas would help. It didn't so much, at all. I know that cucumbers (if fresh) will help reduce puffiness. Yesterday I bought an eye-mask -American Girl brand, it's $6 at Bath and Body works, you put it in the fridge for an hour. That works. Although, I'm sure this time around you won't be using that because you have puffy pink eyes and don't want to be seen in the store like that. Well, good luck though!

the best way is to clean your liver and this will cleanse your kidneys... and puffiness will go...
you can buy capsules called milk thistle.. take them for a week and drink plenty mineral water.. also take vitamin C...
Eat more fruit and veg.. plenty sleep ... plenty walking briskly in the freshair...
and after a week if you don't start to notice a huge difference I would be surprised... but at any rate you will need to change your lifestyle if you want to be free of puffy eyes.. a quick fix is chilled cucumber slices/cold teabags/..
remember ...you wont have to keep on taking milk thistle that is temp.. but everythingelse is part of having smooth eyes forevermore.... wish you lots of luck..

Cucumbers do nothing but relax you during a mask.... look it up on line!

Use hemmorid cream, works like a charm believe it or not! You just have to get throught the check out!

I use it under my eyes and Have turned my mother to doing it too.

Just get a warm wash cloth or something, and apply directly on you eyes. It might take a little while but it should work. GOOD LUCK!

i have inherited the same problem, and Ive spent alot of money on all the different de-puffers----- Ive never found anything that works. if you have allergy and sinus problems like i do, try a med. like sudafed or something with a decongestant in it when you get up .

it may sound gross, but hemorroidal cream really does work esp. if you keep it in the fridge. Other remedies include chamomile teabags-steeped and then cooled to warm and of course sleep.
