Ask the vicar - the chances are that his phone number is on the notice board at the church. If not, there will be a contact number for someone from the church.
Even if you aren't resident in that parish, he may very well be happy to carry out the marriage service for you - just ask!
Here is the link for the church in Arnold:

Here is the link for the church in Carlton:

It would appear that they are not in the same parish. However, just ask!

No. You're Parish is basically the nearest church of england church. Carlton is not going to be in an Arnold parish.
You might still be able to get married there, speak to the vicar.

I dont know if its the same in England (I think thats where you are from) but in America you dont have to choose the church that you belong to just because its the closest church to you. I am assuming you are Episcolaplian since that the main religion over there and so am I. I dont think the tenents for the church are different from one country to the next, I think its universal, so I would assume you could join any parish you wanted. I mean, what if you didnt like the father at your local church and wanted to attend a church with a father you liked better or what if you didnt want to attend the "higher" churches because you are allergic to the insense and the lower churches dont do the insense each week?
Anyway, I dont know if this will help you, but I hope you get to get married in the Church that you want to be married in, I can imagine that would dampen your day if you couldnt.
Good luck!

Not sure about England, but in the US, normally it is the woman's parish. Call the rectory of the church you wish to be married in and see what they say. My daughter wanted to be married in a particular church so she joined the parish about a year before the marriage. Things worked out fine. Congratulations on your upcoming nuptials
