I know exactly how you feel. I'm 34 and have had problems my whole life from anxiety, ocd and depression. So many failed relationships with family, friends, and ex's. I wish now that I would have had the courage to go see someone sooner. I was so afraid that everyone would think I was crazy or something and I couldn't stand the thought of that. The psychiatrist put it this way to me: If you had diabetes you would see the doctor and get medication to help yourself. Why is this any different? You have a disease and need to seek treatment.

Please call and make the appointment right away. As hard as it is you will feel so much better.

I have been suffering from post partum depression for the past one year when I gave birth to a baby boy. I couldn't stop thinking about how my husband loves him more than me and how things might be better if he wasn't born at all. Thus, I stayed away from him because I knew that I might do something I will regret for the rest of my life.

Almost instantly I went to a therapist and convince them that I need help. Among other things, I've tried herbal supplements and other book to treat depression but nothing works like the Depression Free Method. So now I'm proud to say I'm one of the happiest mother in the world. My husband loves us both very much and I thank the Lord for the blessing he gave us.

Depression Free Method?

I have suffered from depression nearly my entire life.

At some point you have to want to help yourself. Even if it's just one particular day where you're feeling good...use that energy and mood to make an appointment.

I can tell you from experience that talking a bit about your problems and being medicated is not a bad thing at all. It can really turn your whole life around.

There's absolutely nothing to be scared of...you're helping yourself in the long run.

Think about it, EVERYONE, every single living person on this earth has mental health issues. Seriously, it could be short term situational illness such as death or job loss, but everyone has had to cope with a mental health issue. Everyone has to go to the doctor. If you thought you had cancer would you go to teh doctor? YES! So get tested, it will be difficult, but you will feel accomplished once you get home itno your safe environment.

Well look at it as helping yourself.
You have a problem.
Treatment is readily available.
Your family and friends will love you for it.
Reasons enough?
