Right me and partner have always used condoms as the pill i just cant take(bad side effects).
It broke about two weeks after my period,I have irregular periods and was two weeks late last month and a week the month before.
I am just over a week late.
I have gained weight rapidly for me,my breasts hurt and they have strange lumps on,i feel tired really early,i know these are all period symptoms too,do i wait a bit longer before doing a pregnancy test?
I'm also about to start a new job,if i was pregnant,can they sack me?
Please help.

I'm now a wek and half late,although as said i hav some what erratic periods,they usually arrive around the week to two week time.
I have taken a test it was positive,is this accurate?
If it is i'm now terrified,i had not planned on children just now and have no idea how to tell my boyfriend,or my parents as my mother is appaled at people who have children out of wedlock.
If i am pregnant i'm about four weeks i think,i feel sick already and have stomach cramps now and again,is this normal?
I dont know what i'm supposed to do.
Please help.

I think you should take a pregnancy test for piece of mind. If you get a negative result, please see your ob/gyn and get checked out and consider getting a blood test. You cannot be sacked for being pregnant, as that is a form of discrimination.

Stay calm, Everything will be fine. I think you should try to take another test, and if it is positive then you know its not lieing.When I found out I took three in disbelief.If you are the first person you should talk to is the person that you are the closes with.Your boyfriend,Best friend,sister.After you let all your feelings out you will feel better.And someone can help you deal with things.The best of luck to you.

were u planning to get married and to him specifically. if yes than tell him firstly do u want to have a child if u r arond 30 or more u would be better off having the baby all this depending on whether u want to in the first place.if he wants no part of it and u want to valiantly still bring the child into this world remember its adecision which once made cannot be reverted, the child cant be just passed on to someone r u capable talk to ur mom she got u here shell know what u should do.

OK you took a test and it was positive right?

2 weeks after your period is right during your ovulation time - so yes, it's highly possible that you are pregnant.
A pregnancy test is accurate as early as the first day of your missed period - so it's probably not too early for you to take one.
A job can't fire you for being pregnant - it's considered a medical condition - if they did fire you they would be setting themselves up for a big law suit.

I thought my mom was going to flip when I told her I was pregnant becasue I was not married either, but in turn she was happier than ever. Even if your mom is mad, I am sure she is still going to love you and her grandchild no matter what. I was also scared to tell my mom though because of her strong Christian views, but once you say it, it becomes easier. I would just sit her down and tell her and get it over with. As far as the employer firing you, they by law can not fire you because you are pregnant, so don't worry about that. As far as the boyfriend goes, I would tell him, what is he going to do, he caused it so it is not like he can be mad about it.

I think if you are really concerned go buy a test. But because you have irregular periods I would wait a few weeks. As for your job.. by law they are required to give you a leave. Go to http://www.dol.gov/elaws/esa/fmla/faq.asp to read up on the law.

If you are at least a week late, then you should test! If you can't use the pill, I would def suggest that your bf doesnt do the deed inside you, you can never trust anything 100%!!!!

i think you should take the pregnancy test just for you to be sure. so you wont have to think about that much. and for the job they dont need to know that you are pregnant. any ways you been pregnant should not matter, they can not dicriminate against something like that is like if they are discriminating a black person because of their color, you should get hire. if not you can report them.

if you took a test and it said positive you probably are. make a dr's appt to confirm. just to let you know your job can not fire you if you already started the job, thats DISCRIMINATION! your parents may be mad at first but trust me they will get over it and become proud grandparents! as far as with your boyfreind just be honest. the earlier he knows the better.
