I just want to make sure I get the same exact color. Is it wrong to ask for the formula in my records? Or should I just not worrsty about it and let a new stylist match it...will they know what to do? Thanks for your help and advice! :o)

If she/he is moving I'm sure they will give you the formula. Just make sure whoever you go to next is using the same brand of hair color. Brands vary in color.

Take it from me (I am a stylist for 11 years) GET YOUR FORMULA!!!! If you love your color and want to keep it get that formula. When you feel comfortable with your new stylist then you can change it up! Good luck!

get your formula.
stylists never, ever use only one color at a time. they mix colors to get the right one for you.

when you find a new stylist, make sure he/she has the same brand of color, too.

Its not wrong to ask the colorist you combo of color. It would be wrong if she was still working there and you went to find a new colorist. Also I don't think the new colorist will just know off hand what dyes prior were used, but they might beable to match it as close as possible.
