In the fine print on the bottom it says that the Jackpot winner odds are 49,998:50,000. This particular car lot is an hour and a half away and I dont want to go all the way up there if theres a big chance I wont win anything. What are the chances of winning with these odds?

Its a scam. it means 49,998 out of 50,000 are gonna win the jackpot. That would mean -everybody- wins the jackpot. so obviously the jackpot is worthless - probably some bogus coupon for $x off the price of a car. Put the flyer in the trash where it belongs.
