I am coming to the end of my shopping list for my holiday next month, and the last thing on the list is my camera, I have come to a conclusion that the Nikon Coolpix S6 is the one I want. Anybody say otherwise?

I bought a couple of them for my kids, and I'm pleased with the purchase. It's compact, easy to use and takes nice pictures. The face-finder feature is nice, and (to my surprise) really works.

That's a pretty good price but you get what you pay for. I'm partial to the Canon SD series of cameras for point and shoot. I'm not sure of the price but in some of the reviews, they recommend going for something like the Canon SD630 instead of the S6.
