Let me explain why the four most obvious answers don't work for us:

1) Join a christian club/group at your college.
We go to community college, no Campus Crusade/Christian groups

2) Try a Bible Study.
I never liked this setting, meeting in someone's house under certain terms in a small group discussing various lessons. Great for learning, not for making friends.

3) Church.
My buds and I feel guilty when we flirt with girls at church, it's just an awkward feeling.

4) Try an internet dating site.
I think I would find it hard to carry on a relationship with a picture on a computer screen or a voice on the phone.

These were all answers we got a while ago, we each tried them out with no luck.

Smart alec responses are not appreciated.

I've been told a couple of times to look for a girl with a great personality and not worry so much about religion.

I did that, met an amazing girl, who happened to be a hardcore Wiccan.

Let's just say after a lot of unneccessary drama I've since vowed to keep myself involved with Christians only.

Our church offers a singles night, but its not what you'd expect. We all (I serve dinner there) sit around in the lunch area and listen to our pastor. He usually picks a funny sermon about finding a wife or meeting new people. Then he tells us something about everyone from his point of view. (So and So is just starting college or Sarah is a volunteer on the senior squad) So that if someone has the same interests or is in the same situation they have an ice breaker. Then we all have dessert together. Usually someone can pick up on something to talk about. I've seen a lot of people come in feeling out of place and leave with quite a few friends. Maybe not all find dates, but they all find new friends. Good Luck! I meet my Christian hubby on the balcony of my apartment complex trying to open a bottle of wine for New Years Eve. The Lord does really works in mysterious ways sometimes.

Where To Meet Christian Guys

2016-11-16 13:26:36 · answer #2 · answered by timoteo 4 · 0 0

Put yourself out there. First of all, why don't you guys start a christian club at your school or the area you live. Being the leader will give you lots of connections and you will be in the forefront of the whole thing. In my church, people talk (...alot), so just spread the word, no flirting needed. Or, check into a singles evening through the church...ours have these all the time. Try MySpace. But my best advice is to stop looking and pray. As soon as I said "no more men", my husband came rolling in and we've been together for 7 years now. Good luck...keep a good head on your shoulders.

Seriously. This could lead to a good opportunity for some enterprising person to start a t-shirt line that tactfully suggests Christian and available. I’m sure there are plenty of Christian women wondering how to meet Christian men as well.

1. No group at your CC? Start one. I started the YFC group at my high school oh so long ago.
2. Why can you only get together for Bible study? How about movie night? How about painting an old lady's house for her? How about any kind of volunteerism or fund-raising? Build character whilee you build friendships.
3. Why do you feel guilty flirting with girls in Church? God supposedly intends you to be attracted to, marry and have kids with another Christian. Of course you should flirt at church. Keep your relationships honest and don't defraud anyone and there's nothing to feel guilt over.
4. Internet dating. I'm no fan but I know married Christian couples that met this way and are thankful they did.

I'm so sorry that you are having trouble meeting Christian girls. I have the same problem w/ guys. It's hard to find a Christian guy in my area who would at least talk to girls. Pray about it. Look in the bible for answers instead of asking us. Be open to your preferences....not your morals. It will open up your hunting range a little bit. lol....... I hope you have more luck! I'll pray for you!

You're ruling out some very obvious choices already. Sometmes people do that when they want to "justify" not being ready to meet someone to themselves.

But if you are ready to meet someone, how about a concert, or Christian event? (Does your church have a listing of them?) Or start a group at your community college--it does have other groups, right? Maybe you can Google the words "Christian event" and your town.

Christian guys can meet Christian girls anywhere. When God gets ready for you to meet the one, he can work it out any setting. I met my fiance at a public university cafeteria and he's Christian.

dude im trying to meet a Christian girl too its hard. The only thing you can do is pray about it. God will send you the right girl when it is time.

P.S the girl God sends you may not be a Christian at first but it may be your job to lead her to Jesus Christ.

Well I'm a christian. and I've met a lot of christian men. I've met them in church, when I went to school, you can also not look for a christian and go for the personality and then get him or her saved thats what I did but it's sometimes hard work!!! Good luck
