My fiance and I are getting married on 7-7-7. We are have a poker theme. We have slot machine with 7-7-7 for invites and pooker tables set-up for the cocktail hour and lots of poker/Vegas themed decor but when I look online I dont see alot of ideas or themed items . It seems to be all the same and I was wondering If anyone has ideas or anything to help us out in our design... with so many weddings this day and poker being popular I dont want everything to be the same as everyone elses... We thought we were smart to pick this theme and date but the closer it gets i see more and more people with simmaler ideas

Sounds tacky to me. Slots and card tables are great for the reception, but theming a wedding around Vegas is kind of weird to me. Great for a prom. Tacky for a wedding.

I don't have any ideas for your decor beyond what you've already got, which sounds fun. Just wanted to comment on the fact that you thought you guys were smart and orignial to pick 7-7-7 for your date. That is probably the BIGGEST date this year for weddings!

I wish you all the best, I think you should change that theme, i'm sure you can think of something else that the bath of you will like. You'll be getting married on my father's birthday. Don't get cool feet.

that is my day also and i was going with the vegas theme but am not doing it. in my search i found a company under dice that make large size dice . 20x 20 and up. u can contact them

It sounds good idea on this date.. you could put on the tables the queen and king of hearts on the tables for centerpieces and have your pics instead of the regular pics that they have the card decks. you could also give out decks of cards with your names and the wedding date for wedding favors. good luck and congrats!! :D

cute idea..
but you may consider getting your venue and eveything set right away... places are already booked for this date... it is the "hot" date to get married....this includes djs and photography and such
