George St. Pierre is going to be the the unstoppable force of the WW division with an impressive 13-1 record, with his only loss coming to Matt Hughes and wins over the who's who of the WW division (Jason "Mayhem" Miller, Karo "The Heat" Parisyan, Frank Trigg, Sean "The Muscle Shark" Sherk, B.J. "The Prodigy" Penn, and Matt "Country Breakfast" Hughes), not only did he beat these guys he made them all look like washed up amateurs

Hughes has got alot of heart, theres no question. When he got kicked in the balls from Frank Trigg in their second bout and still pick him up, carried him across the octagon and slammed him, I think he demonstrated it well at that point. But his kickboxing skills are weak, hes not so great overall as a fighter.

Chuck Liddel is a very good fighter.

I would say George St. Pierre is the best overall fighter in the UFC.

pound for pound, hughes was the most dominant. but as far as weight classes, sean sherk destroys everyone in the LW division right now, Silva in the MW is unstoppable and Liddell had better watch his back because now Quinton Jackson has appeared and he is going to slowly take the LHW division by storm. At HW, now that crocop is in the ufc, he will become the most dominant force in that weight class since the days of Mark Kerr. At WW tho, no one is particularly dominant right now, its a very exciting division in that everyone is very good and it really is a constant battle in every fight so that one is too close to call.

Chuck no doubt, the quality of guys he has beat is amazing, he has beat Couture, Ortiz, and Sobral, all of which are really tough guys and he took them all out. Hughs was dominant but I dont think the quality of fighters were up there as high as Lidells. Also, the way Hugs lost to St. Pierre kind of way in ones Mind. I also think that Silvia has not been to dominant since a few of his fights have been by decision. Right now it has to been Chuck he has knocked out some top quality guys and made it look easy.

I think Liddel is the winner at this moment in time.
But I think CroCop will take this honor once he settles in to a few more fights in the UFC.

GSP. He has been making top 10 fighters, including Matt Hughes, look like armatures ever since Hughes beat him at UFC 50.

It has to be Chuck of course he is the most dominent in his weight class.

He has one the last 7 of his fights.
Matt Hughes has won the last 6.
Losing to BJ Penn who stepped up a weight division.

Liddel is badass! Hughes was good, and I really like him, but I don't think he's dominent like chuck is!
