I think green tea is supposed to do that, as well as pepper and water

well, in opinion, everyone is different
for me I notice I can eat lots of potatoes(served any kind of way, boiled, baked, etc) and not gain anything and I also love hot, spicey foods too(someone had told me spicey stuff speeds up the metabolism but I don't know if that is true)

If you have not heard about glycemic index please read the glycemic index revolution. I assure you that you CAN loose weight by eating the food with the lowest index carbs named in the list. Green tea is the best to drink right before your workout and during the day for weight loss.

i know that green tea is supposed too but i know another way to speed up ur matabolism aswell
what you do is instead of eating 3 big meals a day you make it like 6 SMALL meals a day that way your matabolism keeps going and you keep burning calories!!!!!!!
it works for me!!!!!

Spice up meals - like chilli
Green Tea
Redbull
Water

i think grapefruit is supposed to. i've also heard celery is a great diet food because it takes more calories to chew and digest it then you get from consuming it. i wonder if coffee speeds up your metabolism ... i dunno but it seems like it would.
