With that many issues you need professional help. Most women use all that and more to make themselves look better, but its not because they hate the way they look, its just that all those things help us to look better. Certainly since being too thin isn't attractive, most women eat enough to keep themselves looking healthy. In fact some of your hair and skin problems could be because you lack nutrients. You are very confused about how your body functions and what its needs are, if you can't talk to your doctor, find someone who knows about nutrition and then eat healthy, fruits, veggies and lean meats, and you will do much better than all the hate and anxiety you are directing towards your body.

First off you sound very young, and if you are still and adolecent this ofr the most part is quite normal however do not deprive your body of nutrition. If you think what ever damage you cause to your body now will effect you later on in life. There is always and effect with every cause. Yes, also take note at what "Beebs" said. However, I am sure there was a point in time in her life as well as most every women that has suffered the same thing that you are experiancing. It will pass and if it gets to point to where it absolutely controls your life (BDD) Body dismorphic disorder, then you may want to see psychiatric help. Keep in mind we are all made differantly this is what makes us unique!!!!

i think that almost everybody has issues with their appearance. luckily though, for most people, this subsides with age. speaking from personal experience, i was much more looks-conscious at 16 than i am now at 28. the best advice i can give is to learn to look outside yourself and concentrate on other things than your appearance. while taking an interest in your appearance is healthy and natural, i think that focusing all of your energy and thoughts on the way you look is unhealthy and even counterproductive. if you suspect you have an eating disorder, see a professional. things may be tougher than you can handle all by yourself. good luck.

Try putting things in perspective-my young nephew is in the hospital getting skin grafts over 70 percent of his body after being blown up in a tank in Iraq. Lighten up and quit whining. Be greatful you arent disfigured
