I got so many good responses to my other questions, here is another I am unsure of.

When cooking, directions will say cook on medium, or on medium-high for a certain time.

How can I find out what is mediume and medium-high? as in fahrenheit temperatures? My stove only has numbers on it, and my electric fry pan does have the temperatures listed on it, but just need some guidance.

Thanks!

Medium is 50% heat. High is 100% heat. Medium-High is 75% heat.

Multiply the higheset number by .75 and set it there.
