I don't have cute butt! I'm not fat but i need an exercise program so I could do something to make it biger...or something!Can you tell me in how many months will I be able to see the results?? And some execices that you recomend??

i have a big butt but i wanted to make it bigger so i started doing squats every night. it really works!!! it makes your thighs tight and lifts your butt muscles so it will eventually becaome bigger. if you do 30 every night , you will see results in 2 - 4 weeks!!!! cool huh??

Get down on all fours like a dog and lift the back of the legs upwards to the ceiling. Do bicycle kicks, butterfly kicks, lunges, and squats. these are all the exercises that will help firm the booty. now you may not have a big budonkeydonk like j lo and beyonce but you can have a cute shaped butt like Alyssa milano (chick off charmed), or Rudie Hugstable all grown up. Buns of steel videos work to and they only a dollar a VHS at walmart. I know I work their lol. It shouldnt take months to see results you should see some lift in your bottom in 2 weeks.

Well have you ever heard the expression HAVE YOU BEEN EATING CORN BREAD? well eat it and you will find out why I am a normal white girl who was a size 00 in pants weighing in at 100 pounds with size 34c boobs everything was perfect until i got told that i would be hotter with a big butt and some more thighs. Well after hearing that i was self conscious and heard about a diet consisting of corn bread and other carp food however nothing tasted good besides the corn bread so for two months i ate it constantly and boom i had a butt thighs and i gained weight in my arms and stomach but luckily it was right where it was needed. Now i am a size 5 125 pounds and 32d happier than ever and feeling good about my body.

Using the elipticle at the gym is great for your but...and lots of squats. You can see results in about 2 months if you do the exersizes 5 times a week.

Try the excercise program called Callanetics that is excellent for getting a firm, round bottom, and it works extremely fast. I noticed a difference after only a couple of 1hr. workouts. It's from the 80's and looks outdated, but people are still snapping up the DVD's for a reason....it works incredibley well and really fast!

squats (done properly) will enhance your butt - if it's small it won't add any inches - what's happening is your lifting your muscles and the butt then looks bigger, rounder... the 'only' thing to make your but more 'puffy' are implants - expensive and not worth it ... so the squats and you'll see results - be sure not to hyper-extend!!!

squats, lunges, and stairs are the best exercises that will tone your butt. as for cardio, do running and biking. I know that jessica simpson did a lot of squats too!

Squats and lunges work really well. Jessica Simpson did millions of lunges before making the Dukes of Hazzard and it worked for her!!!

Martial Arts or Kickboxing, it works everything, plus you will build confidence too!!

squats ,and more squats.As for the results they are different on everyone.
