When I first meet a potential mate....I look at face, height, body, personality, and wealth...in that order.
But! Then the order changes. It then becomes personality, face, height, body and wealth. To expand on this...health also becomes an analyzed concern...and in concern with wealth, its more financial stability..such as, is the person a penny pincher, a spend thrift, can he hold a job, is he in massive debt, does he have some kind of IRA, does he have potential financial backing and support (and this could be more social than financial...family...are they willing to support the person if they have a hard fall (not necessarily and directly financially speaking). Personality has a direct impact on the wealth/financial savy, as well. So, family also becomes an important concern. Common grounds and beliefs are also very important.

After getting to know him, this is how I'd rate those attributes:
Personality (good personality is a must)
Body (prefer him to be fit, a few xtra lbs is ok)
Height/Face (same level of importance)
Wealth ($$ is nice but I support myself so don't need his)
Although initially it may be the face or body that catches my eye.

I'm 27 and i do work so the guy doesn't have to make millions plus, I'm a mature woman SOOOOOOOOO i would never date a guy who made less money than me. I don't want someone that pays my bills but I don't want someone who wants me to pay for everything!

They are all very important...but so are manyo ther things you didn't mention, such as loyalty, kindness, being a hard worker, being family oriented.
