Here's what I do. I shower at night as you do, but I use Garnier Fructis Sleek and Shine Shampoo and Sunsilk Anti-pof. I have wavy, brown and the bangs as you do. Blowdrying your hair take a long time, I know the feeling, but you have to. I towel dry my hair first and then have the towel wrapped around my head for 10-15 minutes...after that time, I'm able to blowdry my hair. Before I blowdry, I put Loreal Paris Hot Straight in my hair. Blowdry the hair in sections...like...do a half pony tail...it takes less time to dry that way, because the heat goes straight to the hair. Once my hair is blowdried, I straighten my hair, once again doing it in sections. My bangs have a mind of their own too...I straighten them as well, and the way I want them styled (usually the side bangs) I put a barrett in my hair to hold them in place overnight. When I get up in th emorning, all I have to do is touch up the straightening and it takes around 5-10 minutes and add some hairspray and Im good to go.

OK... your hair sounds very familiar to mine. After years of trial and tribulation, I think I've finally found the products and prep routine that works wonders for me so it might work for you, as well.

I shampoo with a de-frizz/hydrating shampoo. Herbal Esscense has some great stuff on the market now and I've really grown to like what they have. I shower in the morning. Before I fix my hair, I run a couple spritzes of Kerastase Orleo-Relax oil through my hair. This is pricy stuff ($30-$35 for a 3.4 oz bottle) but it works wonders and it actually lasts quite a while. I also run some Garnier leave in conditioner through my hair (about 2 quarters worth) after that and I really emphasize getting the product on the ends. I then blow dry my hair. I don't use a brush or anything; I just work my fingers through. Then I straighten my hair w/ a ceramic flat iron (I use one by Vidall Sassoon (sp??)). I flat iron this in small sections; probably going over each piece at least 5 or 6 times. Then when I'm finished, I put just a little more of the Garnier product on the ends and on the "flyaways" around my face.

That's my very wordy suggestion... good luck!! :)

First of all try to sleep in a ponytail it makes is more straight in the morning.
When you starighten your hair there is this non-frizzing stuff that I use but don't remember what it's called but I've found it in ALL drugstores it has a purple top and a crossed out picture of a woman with frizzy hair.
Try a little of that when starighting. During the day, try not to touch your hair.

ponytail or wrap your hair when you sleep -use Super Skinny for the frizzees! (you can find at Harmon Drugs) and try a good ceramic flat iron as opposed to the comb thru - the heat works wonders!
