What if somebody bought the fake Vampire blood you buy for Halloween and somehow got it in their veins before going to a blood drive. Next thing you know, the collection vile is filled with fake Vampire blood and the recipient of this fake blood can be in great danger. What precautions to blood drives take to assure this does not happen?

Do you have a fake arm, that feels human, and is the right temp, and veins, etc.? be realistic

You would get extremely sick before something like that actually happens. The body would reject the fake blood through your pores and other orifices because it's foreign. You can also get blood poisioning which is fatal.

They also test the blood so see what blood type you have. Fake blood is different in so many ways, it would be impossible for someone to give fake blood to a blood drive without killing themselves.

When testing the blood for HIV and other blood diseases, they would obviously realize it's not real blood. Also, I'm sure trained physicians and doctors would realize what blood doesn't or does look like, lol.

that can't happen, it's impossible, even if you do get some in your system, they take a pint of blood, so the little bit you get in your system isn't gonna make any difference
