No, they are not. But in colloquial Spanish, as we do in English, you can ask someone "¿trabajando duro?" (working hard?) and it's understood that the person means "¿estás trabajando duro?" or "¿has estado trabajando duro?" (are you working hard? or have you been working hard?). "Le" is the singular indirect object pronoun. "hablarle" means "to talk to him/her" "Lo" is the masculine singular direct object pronoun. "hablarlo" means "speak it" (talking about a language). Those pronouns are not always added to the end of the verb, it depends on what you want to say. With the verb in the infinitive, as in your examples, they are always at the end of the word. Also, in the imperative : "háblale" (talk to him/her) - "háblalo" (speak it) When using other conjugations they go before the verb, as separate words: Le hablé (I talked to him) Lo hablé (I spoke it) I'll give you examples with a different verb that doesn't use a different word in English: Escribirle = to write to him/her Escribirlo(a) = to write it (a letter, a poem, etc) Yo le escribo = I write to him/her Yo lo escribo = I write it (you need to use 'la' if what you write is a feminine word) .

The only problem is that in Spanish words can be masculine or feminine. "Estas Despedido/a"

P.S. Good luck on the project!!

Yes you can say it that way....

The more common way to say it, however, and the one that probably carries the meaning you want is this:

"Soy una mariposa!"
