She is in heat, she cannot help it. It is uncomfortable for her, and she is looking for a mate. She needs to bi spayed if you want this to stop.

Hurting her because of this is animal abuse, and should not be tolerated.

Throwing her outside while in heat will result in a pregnant cat.

Be responsible and get your cat spayed asap

You need to find the cat a new home. Your mom's boyfriend has some serious ethical issues and you are putting the cat at risk by allowing him to be near her. Whether or not she's in heat really isn't the issue. The issue is that the boyfriend is abusing her because of natural behaviour and you are also on that path. Fixing her or quieting her down won't stop the anger and the abuse pattern.

Visit http://www.petfinder.com and contact a no-kill shelter to give her to. Start calling right away. The last thing you want is to come home to your mom's boyfriend drinking a beer and telling you that the cat's been "disappeared". When you call, make it clear that the cat is being abused and that you need it out of this situation. They will be much more likely to make a space for you if the situation is dire.

You also need to call the police. If he is hurting the cat, he needs to be arrested. Chances are very good that he will also hurt you and/or your mother - he has no respect for life. Get the police on him now, before he hurts or kills something or someone.

Ask a responsible friend to take the cat until you can rehome it. Someone who won't care about the meowing and won't let it go outside. If you lived near me, I'd probably do it for you; after reporting the boyfriend to the cops.

Keeping the boyfriend and the cat is asking for the cat to be tortured and killed. The best solution is to get rid of mom's boyfriend. But, unfortunately, the realistic solution is to get rid of the cat.

Shes meowing because she trying to tell you something is wrong with her. She can either be in heat or that can be her way of saying my stomach hurts or im in pain somewhere. The best person to ask would be a vet doctor. She might need to be fixed or she might really have a pain somewhere. For all you know your moms boyfriend probably hurt the cat for real. Dont get mad her or throw anything at her. Cats cant talk and thats her way of getting your attention.

The only way a cat will be quiet when they are in heat is when you let them out to mate. The best thing to do is get her neutered as soon as possible. She may already be pregnant now that she has been outside so you should get her to the vet right away.

Also when they are crying alot check that her litter box may need changed, she may be hungry or thirsty. She may also just want some attention & you can crumple up a chunk of tin foil & she'll chase it all over the house or hang a shoe lace from a door knob or stair railing & she will play with it.

Don't let your Mom's boyfriend near that cat again. He's cruel.

Well, as a respnsable cat owner you must realize that cats are going to meow. Some more than others. For example, I have a cat right now that meows constantly, but that's just his nature because his mother did the same thing. Our other cat only meows when he's hungry, so every cat is different, some more vocal than others.

Plus, get her fixed, she can't help it if she's loud, she's in heat.

Cats are like that when they get in heat. Only way to fix it is to get her fixed. Congratulations. By putting her outside she's probably pregnant now.

Lets just hope your mom's boy friend likes kitten meowing at all hours.... If he hurts the cat call animal control. They can put him away (jail) or fine him for that. Which is probably a good thing for you and your Mom, because people who hurt animals with ease generally hurt other people just as easily.

Sounds like she needs to be spayed. If she is in heat, meowing is a normal thing for her to do: She is calling for a mate. DUMB of your mom's boyfriend to put her outside. In heat means she would have been out looking for a potential dad. You may be having some kittens in a few weeks.

Your Mom's boyfriend is not a very intelligent man. Your cat is probably pregnant because of the brute.

She's meowing because she is in heat. Get your cat spayed. As a pet owner it is the responsible thing to do.

First of all....get her fixed. That will calm her down immediately. I definatly think that's why she is crying so much. Her hormones are going crazy. Second of all, do not let her outside if she is in heat. She will only come home pregnant and then you will have more crying kitties. Both of my cats are fixed and they only cry when they need something. For example, my male cat cries when he wants to go outside. He sits by the door and cries until someone lets him out. My female cat (who is fixed) cries when she wants attention or food. She doesn't cry all of the time and when she does cry it's obvious for what reasons. Finally, my last piece of advice is to pay attention to when your cat cries. There is usually a reason.
