Here goes nothing. I have a lot going for me and I own several successful businesses. I know who I am and where I'm headed. I just want to find that one special person to develop into that relationship of a lifetime. Marriage, kids, the works.
So here's what I'm doing since I seem to suck at picking out decent women. I'm calling in the big guns and putting a team together to help me. I know what I want but getting it is going to require your help. You in?

Create an application for qualifying applicants. Only serious inquires may apply. Have a few close girls that you know and who know what you like.. Some people pick the same kind of person drama queens, cheaters etc. And then wonder why they keep picking bad apples. For example i have a friend that always picks girls that cheat on him. His problem is he keeps picking the easy girls that bed hop.
Also if you choose a girl that has kids and she does not take good care of her kids chances are that she will not take care of the kids you may have together.

Good luck! I have been trying to find a "decent" guy for quite a while now. Good women are just as equally hard to find. Recently I tried cupid.com and have had the worst luck there!
A good dating service is It's Just Lunch (if you have one in your area), it is for busy professionals...so you know you are not going to get stuck with a deadbeat or something like that.

In order to find a good person to marry, have kids with, etc, you need to work on your own personality.
Are you too demanding, would you treat a spouse as a possession or an equal, would you be willing to put in the emotions and time it takes to develop a good relationship, are you willing to give of yourself and listen when she needs a shoulder to cry on or needs to share her hopes and dreams with you, are you lovable?
Relationships aren't business. They are messy, emotional, time consuming, and take a willingness for each partner to put in 100% of themselves. Relationships aren't 50/50, but take each partner to give 100% to the development.
To get love, give love, to get respect, give respect, to have a successful relationship, learn to give of yourself.

why don u get ur close friends? so they give u a fair idea on who would suit u..
it way better than gettin a bunch of strangers pick ur future wife u know..
