Why not? Everyone needs to get some w/o the drama of a relationship from time to time. I don't think it has anything to do with respecting or not respecting yourself. Sometimes you just need something. If you're ok with doing it and never seeing the person again, go for it...just make sure you use protection.

i've never had a one night stand where I didn't see the person again but I've had a few "friends with benefits."

I personally don't have one night stands because it just makes me feel really bad the next day, i don't why!!
On the other hand if someone wants to have a one night stand then i don't see why the cant, as long as they are careful and not hurting anyone then i hope they enjoy themselves.

As long as you are safe, resepectful and both consenting, then I don't see any problem with it. The only pitfall is if your emotions ever become bruised as a result. Often physical intimacy can lead to unexpected romantic feelings. Make sure you know where you stand with the person you're having the one night stand with and nobody should get hurt. Equally, you should be careful that you're not replacing true intimacy or confidence issues with a series of meaningless one night stands - sometimes people do it for the wrong reasons - not just fun / sexual gratification.

No I don't agree with one night stands for myself. I could never just shed my clothes and do such an intimate act with soemone I hardly knew, or even if I knew them. To me sex is part of normal healthy relationships and it takes time to build up to that stage. I love all the anticipation of waiting a while. The question is do you agree with them??

I think that it just causes more pain to people than pleasure in the long run if you think about it. I don't agree with them cause that would just make me feel like complete shi#.

Its too much of getting yourself used and using someone else. It may be nice, but its not worth your time. Your better off finding someone else that will treat you with some decency, but hey if thats your thing and your not hurting anyone and both of you do that a lot then hey.. why not.. go ahead its your choice.

Thats just my opinion though..

Back in my 20’s one nighters where great. Go out to the bars, get laid and never have to see the girl again. The scary part is, STD, aids. You don’t know who the girl was with.

Once I had a real bad scare.…. My thinger had a rash on it… turned out to be a reaction from a rubber condom. It scared me enough to stop the one nighters.

So, I say no. Avoid them. You don't know what the other person has or had.

no.
1-NIGHT-STANDS IS A quick WAY 2 spread STDs around.
even with condom use, u can still catch stds.
it's also not good 4 u.
it can damage ur life, body & soul.
when u sleep around, ur sleeping with ALL OF THEIR PREVIOUS PARTNERS, AS WELL!

i don't coz i'm married.

U get married & discover fidelity.
knowing that no1 else HAS BEEN THERE but me, improves my self-worth..

If the parties are consenting, available adults and know that it's just a night of fun sex, then there's nothing wrong with it at all...hopefully they'll use protection.

I have two night stands, one on each side of the bed.
I have to agree, my bedroom set wouldn't be complete with
out having both of them.

Best wishes
