The lemonade diet...Or some call it the Super Cleanse....Beyonce did it! She say she lost 20lbs in 10 days...It consists of 8oz is water some cayenne pepper real maple syrup and lemon or lime juice. I am really thinking of trying it. I can stand to lose 20 or more pounds. Would you do it or have you and what were your results?

i did it to kickstart my lifestyle change. i lost 16lbs on it. but if you don't intend on makin a change to your habits you will put the weight back on. as of now i have kept the weight off and even lost more, for a total of 22lbs. i work out daily, eat right, and drink tons of water. if you're not ready to make that change don't do the cleanse, otherwise your work will have been in vein. good luck~!

I would definitely NOT do it. First of all, the taste of it would make me vomit. Secondly, the maple syrup is all sugar. Third, that "diet" works on nothing more than the fact that the ingredients in that drink have less calories than what you'd eat on a daily basis, thus, you'd lose weight. There's no secret ingredient in that that has a weight loss effect. You'd have the same success drinking water with orange juice squeezed in, some black pepper, and a teaspoon of sugar.

This diet is not good for you!!!! Why don't you lose the healthy was by diet and excersize? Starving yourself will make you lose weight but you'll also gain it back quick plus a few additional pounds.....FYI B only lost10 pounds not 20 on this diet.

You will gain all the weight right back, possibly with a few extra pounds. This diet sends your body into "starvation mode". Thus, your body's metabolism plummets, and when you do go back to eating normally, you gain all of the weight back like crazy.

Also, did you hear Beyonce admit she gained all of the weight back? Plus a few extra pounds?

I wouldn't try this diet if I were you.

If that is all that the diet consisted of I wouldn't even consider doing it. It wouldn't be a healthy way to lose weight. Exercise is the healthiest way to lose weight and alot of people seem to think dieting/starving yourself is the best way to lose weight.

Won't work. You'll make yourself sick. Expect cramping, dry skin, headaches, back pain, bad breath- so sexy huh?
