Sure that is possible. Do not eat junk meals, no sodas or candy drinks, no carbs (breads, anything with sugar) and no cheese. It is ok to have fruit this has traditional sugar. I'd simply devour fruit in the morning, for lunch have a slim speedy, and for dinner devour a palm measurement component to meat and vegetables. Be definite to workout routines an hour a day and you should lose quite a lot of weight. Handiest drink water. Don't drink water that has sodium some water if you happen to appear on the back of the label it says they added salt. Dasani use to put salt in their water I don't know in the event that they nonetheless do and this may occasionally make you hold fluids. Oh yea and do not consume potatoes or corn considering the fact that this turns into sugars which isn't excellent for you if you are on a weight loss program. What ever you dont starve yourself simply be shrewd make sure your lively and simplest drink water.

It's possible, but I wouldn't recommend it. He probably lost muscle weight in the process, not just fat. Losing weight that fast is hard to keep off because you usually shock your system in a way, whether it's drastically cutting your diet back or drastically increasing your exercise. As soon as you return to a 'normal' state of diet and fitness, it's likely to gain some weight back. But yes, it is possible.

I think it's very possible. I lost 20 pounds in one month without even trying. So if that happened to me, I think it can happen to someone who is working at it. lol
