We need to find sponsors or a sponsor for a fight event coming up (just to sponsor the girls) - so that we can hire/pay the Ring Card Girls....

Go around to businesses and ask them. make up a program or something to advertise for them.

Just think of the types of sponsors that would benefit from being a sponsor. I would start with calling the local beer or liquor distributors. I'm sorry, but I don't know who else would sponsor a fight normally, but I'm sure once you wrap your head around that idea, the answers will come swiftly.

Draft or request a sponsor request form. First talk directly to someone at the company/org. and tell them exactly who you are with, what you do, and exactly what you are looking for. Most importantly let them know the benefit their org. will have by sponosoring you, exposure, name recognition, signage, etc.

Ask businesses they have to get something out of it though so you need to keep that in mind. Ask the owners of businesses.
