This REALLY hot blonde girl works for me and we're pretty friendly and have a good time. it was her birthday and i hired a male stripper for her and she got extremely mad @ me and just totally refused to work after that. What was wrong with that? why would she get mad over that?

More startling than your question is your lack of understanding of why she's mad.
Beside the fact that hiring a male stripper for a woman is not tasteful, you never do that for women you don't have an extremely close friendship to.
Second, the woman worked FOR you. Getting her anything sexual in nature is highly inappropriate and may very well open you and your company up to litigation for hostile work environment and sexual harassment.
I think you're lucky she's just mad and not litigating this.

Are you breaking laws by hiring children. If not, she is a woman not a girl.
She may be hot and all but maybe just maybe she didnt take the job to entertain your fantasies?
Maybe just maybe she doesnt particuarly enjoy having a coworker, a MALE AT THAT, get a stripper for her (especially if you did it at work). It introduces a sexuality that is not appropriate in the workplace.
You do realize what you did could be construed as sexual harrassment?
Stop seeing your female coworkers as sexual objects and treat them as you would want your mother, sister and daughter treated in a job, and women will not get mad at you.

She's an unreasonable girl. Even if she wasn't into the whole stripper thing, she couldve reacted better and more maturely. Simply couldve told you, thanks but no thanks, Im not interested. Its a good thing she's hot, she's got something going for her.
