My dog is way cuter than some dogs that are used on say, the PetSmart website. How can I get my puppy into this?

On the PetSmart website, there is a Contact Us. It's best to ask them. They may want to see your dog, but then again, they may not want the cutiest little dog. It all depends on what they are looking for at the time.
