Line #24 of the DD214 will say dishonorable. You have to do something very serious to get one of these. Most employers will not hire you if you have one, you are basically sentenced to a life of working for McDonalds.
Also, block 26 has a three digit code that gives the specific reason you were discharged. Block 27 has re-entry eligibility, an RE-4 means you will never serve in any branch ever again.

It is just a certificate which says "Dishonorable Discharge" on the very first line instead of "Honorable Discharge".

Similar to an Honorable one...except it says Dishonorable. Certificates are not usually issued, just a DD214

There are no links that I know of. It is a military term for "you're fired". So what a dishonourable discharge would look like? It would have a humiliating look.

it is simply a piece of paper all veterans get called a dd-214 and will say on one of the lines that your character of discharged was dishonerable,it is rarely given, usually only in cases where a serious crime has been comitted.
