this goes back a year ago when i ended up instantly clicking w/this guy who is mutual friends w/my x,i caught my x of a few years cheating so i left him,i was still bitter about the cheating and this other guy listened and understood,he drove me home that night and i invited him to stay,i asked him to sleep in the bed with me,he did,i asked him to put his arm around me,he did till i slept,he was sweet, nothing more happened.I saw him a couple months later and he came to me and said"your killing me".Here and there i have spoke to him throughout the year,i finally called him last week to tell him he was eating me alive,he said the feelings were mutual and he had no idea thats how i felt,he said he has been dating someone for a month now,so i told him to tell me to let it go and move on he said he no,i said he had to,he said he cant because im so beautiful. The coversation was left at that and its been a week and sign of anything further, should i forget him?

Wait a minute....Since you were bitter about your ex 'cheating', why oh why, would you want to put his gf in the same predicament? Is it okay for you, but not for your ex????

You shouldn't need him to tell you to let it go. If he's not willing to give up his current interest and your post says nothing about him stating that he's willing to ( a sure sign that you're about to be played)..be a young lady of integrity and stop the nonsense before it starts.

The temptation to be with you sexually is what this guy seems to be struggling with. He also feels this will jeopardise his friendship with your ex boyfriend. You already gave him enough hints of your willingness to make it a go with him, by him not actively responding is an indication that his answer is "no". Let it go, make a lot of other friends, if he really wanted to continue, then it would be his move, not yours. Live safe and be happy.

That is a really tough question. It sounds like you two have some sort of special connection. Try calling him again.....if he answers tell him how you feel....if he doesn't just say hey I need to talk to you please call me. So this way you can air how you feel and if he responds, well then you know your answer.

No one can really answer this for you because only you know how you feel and what has happened between the two of you. Good luck in what ever happens.

Either forget him or pursue him. Don't leave it as an open void. Explore a relationship with him, see how it goes, or just cut it off now, no contact, nothing and move on.

If he continues this relationship, yes. Think about it, do you want a guy who is willing to cheat on someone he is with even if it's for you?

he maybe just waiting for you to make the first move, so if you like him try making a move and see where it leads. if he says no,then just accept it and move on. no harm. good luck.

you'll never forget him, see what's out there, play the field and if and when the time is right it will work out for you.

try not to dwell on it to much
