Should I be concerned that the girl I'm dating has told me she is bi and that if she ever enters a monagomous relationship she expects to have other women involved too?

I think it's great that she told you. Alot of women would not let the person they are with know that kind of information. I don't know if it would be your thing but it might be something you want to experience before you decide if you stay or go. It might be a great turn on for you to watch your woman with another woman, or perhaps you might be a party to their activities.

If she had other women involved, it wouldn't be a monogamous relationship.
You should only be worried if you don't want her sleeping with other women. If you're okay with it, there's no problem. If you're not, leave her.
