i weight 140.5'3 .what do ya recomend for me
to lose 10 pounds.I want to do this by next month

Simply burn more calories than you eat.

Eat foods with not a lot of fat in them. Do NOT stop eating altogether. Instead of having a cookie, piece of cake or a bag of chips, have a piece of fruit, a "100-calorie pack", or low fat sorbet instead of ice cream.

Drink lots of water

Exercise at least an hour a day. Get plenty of cardio in.

You can lose 10lbs in a month. I recommend writing down what you eat and drink daily. Once you know what your intake is then you can determine what to change.

hello there,
because of your age you should go very gradually:
less fat in your diet, more exercise (Running, swimming etc').
be aware of exaggerations - do not think that a good diet is one in which u just don't eat a thing....

no soda,..cut bread and pasta and rice intake.
fruits grains nuts and vegetables,..low salt, no sugar and exercise like there is no tomorrow.
