By diet, do you mean something you do for a short while to lose weight and then go back to your regular eating? If so, then there is NO good diet.

If you mean a diet that is good for your body that you will use for the rest of your life (a life style change), then yes, there are several.

My personal recommendation: The "Eat Right 4 Your Type" diet by Dr. D'Adamo. It is based on you blood type. (The blood is what carries all the nutrition to your body cells and takes away the waste. Different blood types work differently on the chemical level.) It works for my husband (Type A, over weight with hypertension) and for me (Type O, good weight with digestion problems) and each of my children (Type A and Type B).

The Diabetic diet is also a healthy one.
Those are the only 2 that I would recommend for a life long diet.

Herbalife has ben around for nearly thirty years, their products are all nutrition based so you lose weight and get healthier at the same time. Their programs are easy and taste great and are way cheaper than most other big companies. I lost 36 pounds in eight weeks, I have never felt better. I use the site myhealthabc.com and you get free support and coaching all the way through. good luck, Lucinda
