You can put a lien on his wages by filing a claim in small claims court. He would have been ticketed with driving w/o insurance unless you didni't contact the law. If you just exchanged info, you will have trouble proving in court that the accident occurred, and that the person you are seeking damages from hit you. What have you learned from this experience?

If he does not have insurance and refuses to pay for damages your only recourse is small claims court or judge Judy.

A declare would be reopened whilst guidance that wasn't familiar via you comes into play. as far as 2 of your medical charges being in sequence, you could call the sequence companies and clarify to them your charges are the end results of a motor vehicle twist of destiny to be paid via the coverage corporation. tell them to deliver the charges back to the creditor. You get your reproduction of the charges and cutting-edge them to the coverage corporation and ask them why they weren't paid. in the event that they are with regards on your twist of destiny, then the medical insurance on the coverage plans is meant to shield them.

Do you have insurance? If so, go through yours & let them worry about it. If you don't have insurance, you have 2 choices: sue him or forget it.
