What kind of bouncer? The bouncy seats that are like little reclining chairs with toys hanging for them to see, or a bouncer like the johnny jump ups that hang in door ways?

So long as it supports their necks of course its fine. My newborn was in his bouncy seat the day i brought him home.

Follow the directions that come in the box. If the bouncer doesn't have instructions call the manufacturer (or go to their website) and get the directions.

Yes its fine, we took a picture every week in our bouncey chair for the first six months.
Just make sure you buckle the baby in, even the smallest of babies can wiggle their way out of them.
Its a great way to get some lunch sit the baby in there and you can sit next to them and still entertain them and fold laundry or eat or anything.

Hi - probably best not to. you baby's head is too heavy for her/his neck to be able to carry the weight just yet and allowing it to flop around is not good long term and uncomfortable for the little one.

With my babies - i never did anything with them that was not something they could do without the prop - nature has spent millions of years perfecting us - i think we should go along with her plan!!!

hope this helps

good luck xx

If they can hold their head up on their own. Most babies lack the strength to hold their heads up on their own until around 4 months old.
