I have never found an over the counter one that has that effect...but there is one called Fastin by prescription that worked very good.

Read this article. It says that you will only lose about 6lbs a year from taking the prescription kind. Over the counter kind will be only 3lbs....so I don't think it's worth taking it.

Yes but they are not good for you. And the sensation of being full is temporary and sometimes dangerous. It can lead to blood sugar and heart problems.

You know, your mind can contol many things...including hunger pangs. Use a form of self hypnosis...tell your body that you are full...and your stomach will feel full! (it really does work)

Stakers Help. You know what really works? I am on Adderall for my ADD...when i take that stuff I don't eat at all.
