What are the effects of not getting enough calories per day? Assume that all Vitamin & Mineral, Protein, Fiber, etc... requirements are met.

Minerals and vitamins etc are for the metabolic process like using the fat/calories but if there is nothing to burn the nutrients are not used enough. You will not be able to work and stay up on your feet with lack of energy. Balanced diet is the key eat everything but in small amounts or as per required. Hope this helps.Good luck.

i have not eaten in 5 days , that is not sturdy . i'm very drained I have the worst migraine conceivable, i won't be able to bypass, I merely opt for to sleep and no remember how a lot sleep i'm getting it would not make something extra useful . this morning I exceeded out from no longer ingesting and that i hit my head . i'm attempting to devour besides the undeniable fact that it merely received't stay down. i'm no longer positive why i'm no longer ingesting . I merely have losat all and any interest in nutrition all at the same time .

You'll loose glycogen first (glucose in your liver), then *muscle*, then fat.

The only way to lose fat first without losing the rest is *cardio*.
