i had this talk with someone close to me and he said that our world is decadin more and more..i sort of agree but we have to admit it's an excess of more than bad things..this world has passed from an age with no understandin of the people( like burned to the stake, gay men persecuted and banned, obscenity forbidden, virginity treasured..etc etc) around us to relative tolerance in some arias..i wonder just what is next for our ppl and the ones who will follow?more liberty or so much diversity it will confuse us so bad that we won't even have anythin national and original?

There will be more tolerance as people gravitate toward the middle, where common sense reigns. It's slowly been happening and will continue to do so

I believe society as we know it will end within the next few decades.
Tolerance should be taught in all schools, because I feel that education, not religion, will teach people to become more open to those we find uncomfortable.
But, with the way societies are today, so many freedoms are constantly being taken away, and people are allowing it to happen, that we will find ourselves in a totalitarian society in the United States as it is in so many other countries.
Diversity gives us insight into those who are different than we are. Diversity is good. It does not mean we have to totally agree, but we should become more understanding before we become prejudiced to any portion of society.
We are all human beings. National origin should not matter, religion should not matter, sexual preference should not matter, color should not matter. We all want to live our lives happily, with love, and with basic human rights.

Tolerance has always been the battle cry of those who do not want to accept the norms of society. As to what will happen to mankind, that will depend on how soon Jesus the Christ returns. It is only then that true peace will be attained. YBIC

Man will one day come to understand his real purpose here on earth, and it wont be because of the bible or religion, it will be religion that will become the history of the dark ages of mans two thousand years or more of war, and violence against him, peace for mankind is still thousands of years away for him, but it will come one day.

We will continue to merge more closely with our machines. Our lifespans will increase, our technology will become more advanced, our enjoyment of life will increase.

The world is becoming a better place, not a worse place.

Probably there will be less morality.
More drugs. More killings.
More wars.
Court houses will fill up and they will have to build others or fix up abandoned buildings--like closed down schools.
More rapes. What you can imagine as being bad, more of it will happen.
