Try some chicken noddle broth and some crackers. The broth will warm up your stomach and make it want food and the crackers will put some substance in there to make you feel a little better. If you don't have that then try some bread and butter. Drink water! Hope you feel better soon.

A quality brand yogurt with active cultures will soothe the stomach and help you get back to normal. That is what the Dr. prescribed for me when I had a stomach virus. Hope you feel better.

Don't eat anything creamy, it will gag you. Try a bit of soup and crackers, and maybe toast.
