Try and make your shoulderblades touch in the middle of your back, keep your shoulders back and then drop them (because you'll raise your shoulders. trust me).
Stand against a wall and try and make your whole body flat.

First off, I would have your mother or father take you to the doctor to make sure you don't have a problem with your back. I think most 14 year olds are sometimes insecure and might hunch the shoulders off too. After the Doctor gives you the okay try Pilate's. It lengthens your muscles and pulls everything inwards.

Stand up straight and tall
Lie down on the floor, on your back, for as long as you can each day.
You might need a more firm matress - you can just put a thick piece of wood (like the width of a door) between your matress and box spring

Just straighten up every time you think about it. My relatives said the same thing and I just mentally worked on it alot. Lifting with the upper body helped too.
