you need protein, very few people get enough in their diets and vitamins wont do this for you. get a good one and not some rubbish from the grocery store. It will stp you feeling tired and will feed your muscles, that isnt happening right now and thats why you are feeling this way. try myhealthabcmall.com and look for the protein powder. Well vitamin B is a good energy booster, also fruits like oranges and bananas and some nuts give you energy. Also eat a good healthy breakfast in the morning, it will get you moving! Good luck!

Try upping your intake of B12, or possibly adding some royal jelly for energy. Royal jelly is completely natural & works wonders for me.

take them before you go to sleep, and eat more protein like grilled chicken, eggs, any type of nut. I was like this and discovered I can't eat a lot of sugar or starchy foods. They tend to make you extremely sleepy.

You might have developed anemia to some vitamin.
