Well, technically, you won't find a "really good" one in that price range...
I teach English as a Second Language, French, and have taught both Portuguese and Spanish in the past. Most students seem to be highly satisfied with "Passport to 35 Languages", because it costs about $25, and although it's not necessarily the best software out there, it is definitely the best value for the price. It's especially valuable because as its name suggests, you can use it for multiple languages. I'm not sure if Arabic is included, but I know that French, Spanish, and Portuguese all are.
Its CSI is 022787075378, to help you find it more easily.
Passport to 35 languages is rated more highly than any language software below $70. Circuit City buyers have rated it 5.0 out of 5, compared to the average 3.8 rating of comparable software.
